Boogie Woogie Wednesday: Brazilian Capoeira

[vc_row content_placement=”middle”][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]Boogie Woogie Wednesdays are free (with advanced registration) events at the Staten Island Children’s Museum that offer a 2 hour session of free play and exploration from 4-6pm PLUS a free performance from 6-7pm!

Anjoli Chadha is a dancer and performer who works with children as a dance teacher and therapist.  She will guide us in learning how to participate in a basic Afro Brazilian Capoeira circle.  She will demonstrate some basic moves and play a game with the audience.This will be a fun time for adults and children to participate together!

The show will take place in front of the Museum.  Blankets and low chairs are welcome for seating. If it rains the show will be under the solar tent.
