Dance, learn, and move together at this monthly event! Join us for four age-based workshops that engage kids and caregivers in fun, educational movement experiences.

Parents & Pips – 11:00-11:45 am
Learn yoga-based exercises to promote baby’s digestion, body awareness, and spatial awareness while also learning stretches for new parents/ caregivers. Space is limited – get your ticket at the door
Walkers’ Wiggle – 12:00-12:45 pm
A combination of yoga and dance focusing on gross motor skills, shapes, counting, and self-expression. Space is limited – get your ticket at the door
Yoga Adventure! – 1:00-1:45 pm
Movement for the body, mind, and heart with a focus on breath and body awareness. We’ll learn the building blocks of a yoga practice through games, songs, and movement-based stories.
Music Video Mania! – 2:00-3:00 pm
Come learn choreography from trending dances and put your moves on stage with a focus on video production including lighting & sound design, camera angles, and creative direction!
